Founder/CEO
Tim Ouellette
Tim brings over two decades of managing consumer brands to the BGI Team. He began his career working and living in Europe and Asia. Tim started with Donnay International in Belgium as Global Marketing Director, re-establishing the Donnay brand to a new generation of players behind Andre Agassi. Moving from there to Paris to direct Le Coq Sportif’s global expansion expanding the brand from soccer and tennis into Sports Lifestyle.
From there Tim moved to Amsterdam to build out Deckers Brands first EMEA subsidiary and leading the EMEA business., and then back to Belgium with International Licensing and Management (ILM) directing their lead client adidas’s License extension business. Tim then moved back to the US to join the Executive Team that lead Converse from bankruptcy in 2001, inheriting a $120M International Business, Tim drove that business to over $1.4 billion in sales by 2008, deploying a unique Distribution/Licensing model. Tim is currently CEO of Brand Group International, a Consulting Group working with leading global brands including: Swiss Army, And 1, Crocs, Tom’s, Olukai and Cole Haan where he focused on international business development and Global strategic planning.

Britt Doyle
Britt Doyle is a thirty-year veteran of the Capital Markets, having started his career as an institutional fixed income salesman for Security Pacific Asian Bank in Singapore directly out of college. After receiving an MBA in the late 1980s, he worked for various large investment banks, including Kidder Peabody, Merrill Lynch, and UBS. Most of his career, however, was spent as a member of Citigroup’s elite Family Office division on Sand Hill Road, where he advised several start ups, venture capital and private equity funds, and family offices on cash management, risk mitigation, liquidity planning, investment policy guikdelines, and fund governance. Most recently, Britt has served as an advisor to fin-tech companies in the wealth management space and to private equity groups working in brand management.
Britt graduated with a BA in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and received an MBA from the University of Southern California, where he served as a founding member of the Student Investment Fund. Outside of work, he has dedicated a significant amount of time to shedding light on the opiate crisis in America through his participation in several groups and projects including the Marin County Board of Supervisors Drug and Alcohol Advisory Committee, Shatterproof, an HBO documentary titled Warning: This Drug May Kill You, and he authored a book titled Sedated: The Secret That Everyone Knew..

Tod Craft
Tod Craft has over 35 years of experience building well-known consumer lifestyle brands in the home sector, ranging from launching high-profile designer and lifestyle brands to substantially growing larger scale brand businesses. His twenty-year career with world leading lifestyle brand Ralph Lauren, along with his broad background within home industry executive roles, Tod brings innovative and brand solutions to the global marketplace, while leveraging strong partnerships with key retail executives and sourcing vendors.
Tod created L E Ventures, a consulting firm that supports global lifestyle business development with a focus on working with brands, retailers, manufacturers, designers, and equity investors that operate in the home lifestyle sector. He partners and guides his clients, working closely to define their key licensing strategies and execute innovative business initiatives, supporting new start-ups as well as advanced growth and turn-around development.
He was President of the Home Division within Global Brands Group, where he led a strategic $100m lifestyle brand repositioning strategy within textile businesses, including Tommy Hilfiger Home, Christiane Lemieux Dwell Studio, and BCBG Home. Tod held a similar role at Springs Global in spearheading premium brand initiatives with Wamsutta, Springmaid, and Waterworks Studio, along with launching designer textile brands of Nate Berkus at Target Stores, and Diane Von Furstenberg Home. He also developed strategic re-branding and positioning strategies with Natuzzi SpA, leading the contemporary furniture lifestyle brand into successful new business channels.
Tod holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing degree from West Virginia University, and currently resides in New York City.

Chuck McBride
Chuck McBride is a highly accomplished Founder and Partner of Cutwater in San Francisco. He has an extensive career in the advertising industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in the business. Prior to founding Cutwater, Chuck was TBWA Chiat/Day’s Creative Director of North America, where he worked with Lee Clow and played a crucial role in securing several high-profile accounts, including Sprint, Mars, adidas, and Levis. During his tenure, TBWA Chiat/Day tripled in size and earned more creative awards than any other agency in the country. Chuck also ran Fox Sports, Game Show Network, Pets.com, and Sony PlayStation during his time there.
Chuck's work has been recognized and awarded many times over the years. His portfolio includes 23 gold lions, 5 D&AD pencils, 26 One Show pencils, and 16 Clios, among others. He has also been named one of the 50 most influential creative people in the industry by Creativity Magazine and a creative all-star by AdWeek twice. In addition to his work in the advertising industry, Chuck has served on every major award show jury and has spoken at industry councils and panel discussions on talent collaboration, strategy, media, story, and execution excellence. His work has been nominated 5 times for an Emmy, awarded once. Creativity, artistry, and a passion for excellence drive Chuck's work, and his success in the advertising industry speaks for itself.

Anne-Therese Malvaux
Anne-Therese has been in the International arena for the past 20 years, focusing on marketing and communications for Global Brands. As Communications Director for Donnay International in Europe, she managed all Marketing, PR and Events. After relocating to the US, she worked for World Holding Company, focused on producing conferences, congresses and seminars for the Energy, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. Through this position, she strengthened her expertise in direct marketing, social media marketing, publications partnership, and database performance through analysis of promotional campaigns and audience development. Her International and US background, as well as her multi-languages skills is a great addition to BGI to create extended global businesses.
Research Analyst/Social Media Strategist
Harry Doyle
Harry Doyle is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results. He has gained valuable experience in various aspects of marketing and product production while working for companies such as Cutwater Agency, Volcom, Econolite, Urbanests, and Bonsaify.
Most recently, Harry worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Renaissance Park Corp., where he developed and executed the Let's Hemp It campaign, managing social media content creation and distribution across various platforms. His expertise includes campaign development, trend analysis, social media management, and project coordination.
Harry graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurship, which provided him with a strong academic background and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and effective marketing strategies.
